With Live music, authentic Italian Food, drinks and a family-friendly vibe, this event celebrates Italian culture for everyone- whether you’re Italian, Italian- American, or just love the culture. Bring your Friends, Family and your favorite dish or drink to share. Let’s Celebrate the Italian Way.
Ticket Prices & Information:
Individual Tickets: $20.00 for Members | $35.00 for Non- Members.
Family Tickets: $50.00 for Members | $80.00 for Non-Members

Tickets must be purchased in advance by emailing info@nashvilleitaliancc.com.
When purchasing, please include:
- Your full name
- Whether you're a member or non-member
- If you have not renewed your 2025 membership, you may do so ahead of the picnic to receive member pricing.
- New members are also welcome to join before purchasing tickets.
- If you’re purchasing an individual ticket or a family pass
- The number of people attending (if purchasing a family pass)
At-the-door pricing:
- Individual tickets will increase by $10
- Family passes will increase by $20
Space is limited this year, so securing your ticket ahead of time is highly recommended. If we reach capacity, you may be turned away at the door if you do not have a ticket.
What to Bring:
Bring the family, bring your friends and bring your favorite Italian Food & Beverage to share with the club. The NICC Board will be providing main dishes, drinks, and everything in between. We look forward to sharing this incredible day of Italian Culture with you!
VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED!
Volunteers Urgently Needed for the Italian Festa
The Nashville Italian Cultural Club is a true 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and all events are fully volunteer-run. These gatherings are only possible with your help!
We’re expecting 100–200 guests and need a strong team to help before, during, and after the event.
All volunteers will receive a free ticket as a thank you for your time and support.
Here’s where we need help:
BEFORE THE EVENT
Set-Up Crew (Shift starts at 10:30–11:00 AM)
- Set up tables and chairs (delivered onsite)
- Add tablecloths and centerpieces
- Prep buffet tables and bar areas (ice buckets, drink stations, etc.)
Parking Team (Arrive by 12:00 PM)
- Direct guest parking with vests and cones
- Brief walk-through with the host beforehand for instructions
DURING THE EVENT
Buffet Table Attendants (Arrive between 12:00–12:30 PM)
- Guide food placement as guests bring dishes
- Keep the buffet organized during the rush
Clean-Up Monitors (During the event)
- Watch for trash that needs to be picked up
- Light tidying of tables and yard throughout the picnic
Runner (Arrive by 11:00 AM)
- Available for quick supply runs (ice, drinks, etc.)
- Must have own transportation
AFTER THE EVENT
Clean-Up Crew (Shift starts after the event, around 4:00 PM)
- Break down tables and chairs
- Collect and bag trash
- Bonus: One person with a truck to haul trash bags to the dump
